Integrated Psychodynamic & Relational Therapy

About...

A space to be seen
Therapy isn’t about being fixed. It’s about encountering yourself fully — the parts you show, the parts you hide, and the parts you may not even know exist. I bring committed presence and curiosity to each session, holding the whole of your experience with reverence.
Blending insight and relationship
My approach blends psychodynamic insight — noticing patterns, defenses, and the ways your past shapes your present — with relational attunement, where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a mirror for understanding and growth. What arises between us in real time is part of the work, offering a chance to feel recognized, reflected, and validated.
Depth, integration, and safety
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hidden, shut down, or overwhelmed. We move at a pace that honors your nervous system and builds safety, whether we are working toward a specific goal or engaging in open-ended exploration.
Who this work is for
I identify as queer and neurodivergent, and my practice is grounded in a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive framework. My work often resonates with people navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), ADHD, the experience of feeling like an outsider, an impostor, or simply feeling out of step during one of life's many transitions. Anyone seeking deeper connection with themselves may also find it meaningful.
What to expect
Together, we create a space where truth can be met, parts can be integrated, and self-compassion can grow. Therapy can help you feel more alive and more capable of engaging with life's uncertainties without bypassing your own experience. It’s a space to start again, to slow down, and to discover more of the richness of who you are.

Psychodynamic

I work from a psychodynamic foundation, which means we pay attention to the deeper layers of experience — the patterns, emotions, and protective defenses that formed for good reason. These old strategies often still run quietly in the background; shaping how you feel, relate, and see yourself today.Together, we trace those threads with tenderness, not analysis for its own sake. The goal isn’t to interpret or fix, but to bring what’s been unconscious into awareness, so you have more choice and freedom in how you live and connect.

Attachment

Our early relationships shape how we learn to trust, depend, and show our needs. When those connections were inconsistent or painful, it can make closeness feel both deeply wanted and deeply unsafe. In therapy, the relationship itself becomes part of the healing. As safety builds between us, you may find yourself softening, being more honest, or letting parts of you come forward that had to hide before. This process helps repair what got interrupted — allowing new experiences of connection, regulation, and trust to take root.

Complex Trauma

Complex trauma isn’t just about what happened — it’s about what had to be shut down in order to survive. It can leave you feeling disconnected, on edge, or trapped in patterns that once kept you safe but now feel limiting. My approach to trauma work is slow, attuned, and body-aware. We move at a pace your system can handle, balancing insight with safety and presence.By reconnecting to your body, emotions, and inner parts, we can begin to integrate what was once too overwhelming to hold alone.

Neurodiversity

As a neurodivergent person myself I understand firsthand what it’s like to move through a world that often misunderstands or pathologizes difference.I see ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence not as flaws to be fixed, but as distinct ways of processing, sensing, and creating meaning. In our work, we honor those differences — exploring how your mind works best, how to navigate overstimulation or rejection sensitivity, and how to build a life that fits you rather than forcing you to fit it.
